“This is my fourth visit to Santa Teresa and my first visit to Casa Santa Teresa.
I believe this is the most luxurious residence in the area. All fixtures and fittings are top of the line. Linens and towels were the best quality. The house was staffed and managed with friendly, hardworking and extremely accommodating people.

The house location is unmatched in terms of being in the center of town, while simultaneously being located at the perfect surf spot…..walk in, walk out.

“We rented Casa Teresa for our year-end vacation and absolutely loved it. There isn't much about the property that isn't perfect. The location, the privacy, the stretch of beach it's on, and most importantly, the service-are all top notch. Inside the house, the linens, appliances, decor, HVAC, lighting, etc are all high-quality.
Outside, the pool is maintained to perfection, the towels are refreshed each day, and there is a lovely veranda with a large table in the middle to gather around with friends or relax during dinner, watching the sunset and the waves. We've stayed in 4 different luxury rentals in Santa Teresa over the last several years and can say with confidence that Casa Teresa has been our favorite, and exceeded our expectations. We especially found the service from the property manager, the housekeeper and the groundsman to be superb!”
